I love that you hold no qualms
about your past...
You seem to let it go-
as though doing so
could help your future last.
I love that you're not like
most others I know;
You swim against the current
instead of going with the flow.
I love that you appreciate me
for who I am...
Especially my flaws; I have many,
yet you don't give a damn.
I love how you can see
who I've always been,

and even after doubt has set in.
